Choctaw Casino Hotel - Pocola
I have informed our Facilites Manager of your review and we will look into that. Definitely made it seem like I've lived there for years. After spending some time on the gaming floor at the Choctaw Casino in Pocola, you can head back to your room and enjoy complimentary WiFi and a flat screen TV. We rode in on motorcycles and were freezing so the big fireplace felt amazing! Choctaw Casino and Hotel This is a wonderful destination for the adult and not the small ones in your family.
Choctaw Casino Hotel – Pocola, Fort Smith (USA) deals
Definitely made it seem like I've lived there for years. Super friendly and super professional. Did anything necessary to make me happy even if I had been slightly complicated.
Sarah, USA Since sharing a room with co-workers, was nice to have sink outside the bathroom so we could all be getting ready in some fashion. Employees very friendly since I've never been to the area ever before, informative when i asked questions. Terri, USA The buffet was closed Sheila, USA The desk staff when check out was friendly, She was very sorry and she gave us a little discount.
Food was good and service was very good. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. Renee, USA The rooms and bathroom are nice size, bed and bedding are very comfortable and everything was nice and clean.
We always enjoy our stay. Linda, USA The facility is easy to get to, well kept and the parking garage is very good. The room was nice and clean and the doors to the other rooms didn't slam like in other hotels.
Who needs the gym when you can work out with the jaw-dropping Jolana. We were passionately kissing, our tongues in each others mouths.
Sex. I am a y Israeli high-level rare Valet very unique and luxurious woman patient Still do not know whom to meet: a boy or a girl. Loves and does it all. Have you done any of the following: 175. As she did I stared down her blouse and saw this great tits.
Choctaw Casino and Hotel This is a wonderful destination for the adult and not the small ones in your family. It has some of the best gaming in the area and is very well maintained. The service is not the best if you want or need anything to drink unless you go to the bar and get it yourself. But when it come to the machine they will have it fixed in a flash with the push of a button. It has some wonderful places to eat in the casino and I would put them at least a four star and one of them at close to a five star and they will serve minors as well.
The biggest problem that there is going there is the roads are the worst that they can be and it makes you wonder if you are on a dirt road that is not maintained but they are really so bad that you would never want to drive a sports car on them to go to the Casino. And you would think with the money that they spent to put in a hotel that they would have at least put in a new road so that you did not have to have your front end of your car repaired.
And I view this as a big negative in to going there. So if you plan to go there be prepared for the bad roads getting there. Other than that it is a wonderful place for adults to go and have some adult fun with no children. It is a very nice place but the payouts are not the greatest but it is not Las Vegas and do not expect it to be.
So if you take medicines just remember that to go to the bar to get a soda or water because the floor service is not even a one star and there is no reason for that no matter what time of day that you go. I wish everyone much luck and a wonderful time but just remember the roads are bad and do need much work on them and I give them a lower rating because of this. I want to thank you for your compliments on our gaming floor, attendents, and restaurants.
We are continuing to work on the beverage service and appreciate your patience during this. I want to thank you for bringing the road to our attention. I have informed our Facilites Manager of your review and we will look into that. As a valued guest we do appreciate your feedback and suggesitons for improvment.
How do we improve our guest service? How do we make our guest service training work? How can we build a long-term customer service solution? Casino executives who ask these questions are on to something. They know that no matter what else is going on in the world, their guests always want one thing: Guests want an experience that is so wonderful and memorable that it keeps them coming back even if they have less money in their pockets when they leave.
Good customer service and the outstanding guest experience that comes from that also have an effect on your bottom line. Guests who enjoy themselves will come back and play again. These seven keys will set you on the right path to creating a customer service culture at your property and reaping the rewards. Change is Difficult For some reason, people in the gaming industry lose sight of the fact that change is difficult.
When I ask executives about getting players to try new games, they tell me how hard that is to do. They give examples of how slowly players get around to doing something new.
Players and employees are the same when it comes to change. Human beings do not quickly accept change unless they experience a major event or have some other good reason to change. Change takes a high level of repetition and it needs to be of interest to those on the receiving end. Yes, a very small percentage of your staff members will change just because you ask them to.
The challenge is getting a critical mass of employees to see that this change, this guest service culture, is in their best interest. Developing a guest service culture is an evolutionary process. A company invests in training because it needs and wants more out of its people.
